Day 1:  NEW YORK – FINGER LAKES – NIAGARA FALLS
We depart from the Big Apple heading north where we will pass the beautiful Delaware Water Gap to Watkins Glen State Park in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. Walk through Watkins Glen Canyon to visit the beautiful waterfalls and then continue to Niagara Falls passing Seneca Lake, arriving in the late afternoon (winter itinerary goes to Montour Falls instead of Watkins Glen State Park). Tour the US side of Niagara including the American Falls, Goat Island and 3 Sisters Islands. At night enjoy Niagara Falls where we can appreciate the colorful lighting of the waters.
Overnight: US Comfort Inn The Pointe. Canada: Ramada by Wyndham (or similar)

Day 2:  NIAGARA FALLS – NEW YORK
Leave the hotel and hear the thundering water of Niagara Falls. See the magnificent Horse Shoe Falls up close and experience the power aboard the Maid of the Mist (May-October). During winter until April when the Maid of the Mist is closed we tour the Power Vista Hydroelectric station, along with a visit to the Cave of the Winds.
At noon we depart south to New York State. On the way to New York, enjoy a shopping excursion at one of the large outlet malls along the way, find your own bargain with brand name stores for less. Evening return to New York.

Departure Point: Porth Authority Gray Line - Port Authority Bus Terminal, Gray Line Visitor Center 42nd St. (between 8th and 9th Avenues) New York.
Starting time: 6:30 am
Arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Free Wifi available on all buses. This service is not available in vans.

Required documents PRIOR to tour departure:

Valid US passport or Valid Passport + Visa
Proof of FULL covid vaccination minimum of 14 days prior to departure date.
Negative PCR test results – test must have been taken WITHIN 72 HOURS OF ARRIVAL TO THE CANADIAN BORDER. (Tests will be checked at the Canadian border, any travelers whose results “expire” prior to arrival at the border will be denied entry to Canada by Canadian border officials)
For planning purposes please anticipate an 8pm border crossing time and ensure that your test will be valid for that time on your date of departure.

Upon arrival to your tour in New York City the tour escort will verify that all necessary paperwork for the Canadian border crossing is valid and within compliance. Anyone who is not in compliance prior to tour departure will enjoy the American side itinerary, no changes can be made once the tour has departed.

PCR tests that arrive AFTER TOUR DEPARTURE will not be accepted and will not change the individual travelers itinerary for the tour.
