Oronzo 29 meters high which supports the copper statue, modeled and cast inVenice, depicting S. Oronzo in the act of blessing the city.

As you know, there are many majestic buildings that crowd the ancient heart of Lecce, making it pulsate with history, art and beauty, but there is one that is a National Monument, and it is not a way of saying, because the Basilica of Santa Croce was seriously recognized as such in 1906.
