SellingTrip srl, carries out its business as a reseller of travel products through its website: SellingTrip.com and all affiliated sites.
All bookings made with SellingTrip.com or all affiliated sites will be governed by and subject to these Terms and Conditions.

RATES

The prices indicated on our site are in Euros and are always net, inclusive of taxes and service. Prices are final upon confirmation. The reservation will be invoiced for the amount confirmed on the system. We reserve the right to change the price upon confirmation already made only in the case of changes in taxes, VAT or other conditions beyond our control.

PAYMENT

All services must be prepaid, unless otherwise specified or agreed.
We accept credit cards (VISA and MasterCard) or bank transfer, in this case the service can be booked under-date, but it will not be automatically confirmed, because it needsof the technical times for the payment verification.
Our currency is the euro, so the charge will be in euros.

VOUCHER

After the payment confirmation, SellingTrip.com will automatically send you a confirmation / voucher via e-mail from the system: the voucher must be printed and presented to the service provider, as well as being able to download the generated voucher into your account.
All information regarding travelers should be correctly provided at the time of booking.
All requests for changes must be communicated in time to SellingTrip.com.
SellingTrip.com cannot be held responsible for any problem that may occur if you do not receive or if you do not carefully read the confirmation / voucher by e-mail.
In the event that you have not received the voucher by e-mail, you must immediately contact our call center (+39 02 8089 8438) and request a second sending at least 72 hours before the start date of the service, where permitted.
We also remind you for any system anomaly in the generation of the Voucher, directly from your account, you can always contact us or write to us at the email: dmc@sellingtrip.com, by entering the booking number generated.

CANCELLATION

Unless otherwise specified, the services are subject to the following penaltiescancellation:

Tours and Excursions, City Passes and Attractions, Private Transfers, Hotels and any other service offered on our platform:

In the event that the user cancels a reservation, the cancellation conditions will be applied as per "CANCELLATION TERMS" on the product description page.

SellingTrip.com recommends that you carefully read the information provided in the product description.

In case of no show: no refund

In case of using credit cards with monthly charge, the amount will be credited at the end of the current billing period.
The exact date of the refund depends on the conditions agreed in the user's credit card agreement. The refund by bank transfer will take place within seven working days.

PROCEDURE FOR CANCELING A RESERVATION

The cancellation of the previously confirmed services must be subsequently confirmed only and exclusively by us. It is possible to cancel by logging in with your account and proceeding with the cancellation.
SellingTrip.com will not be responsible for any cancellation not received and not confirmed by us.
Otherwise it will be considered a confirmed booking in all respects and therefore in total penalty.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SellingTrip.com's liability is limited.
SellingTrip.com acts only as an agent for passengers in all functions relating to tours, attractions, hotel and accommodation reservations, restaurants, meals and services, guided tours and transportation of any nature, and assumes no liability for injury, loss , damages, accidents, delays or inconveniences that may occur either due to defects, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (wars, civil unrest, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond the control of SellingTrip.com assumes no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delays or changes in schedules or other causes.

SellingTrip.com and its suppliers reserve the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, for the benefit and pleasure of tour members.
SellingTrip.com and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with the regulations in place.

HEALTH, PASSPORT AND VISAS

Each customer is required to verify that they have the right documents for their trip especially (but not limited to) if they have booked a tour, package or transfers including flight or if they plan to visit a country other than the country of departure.to.
You must have and bring a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid identity card.
No refunds will be granted in case of missing or lost identity documents.

RESTRICTION FOR SMOKERS

Smoking on board a bus, car or train is strictly prohibited.

BAGGAGE

Only one piece of hand luggage per person is accepted by coach, private car.
Other restrictions may apply.

All bookings made with SellingTrip.com will be governed by and subject to the Terms and Conditions.
No variation of these terms and conditions shall be made except in writing by and with the authority of SellingTrip.com.
