The booking confirmation is immediate with Voucher issue.

The Voucher may be followed by a Ticket with an identification code to be exchanged compulsorily at the points indicated:

Note that:

The KölnCard is valid for 24 or 48 hours from the moment of first use, for example a ride on the subway or a discount for a visit to a museum. This means that if you use the card for the first time at 15:00, it will be valid until 15:00 the next day or the day after.
