Three-day and two-night Bangkok tour with transfers and major city tours such as the Royal Palace and the floating market. It is the ideal package for those in transit in Bangkok, and has little time to visit the city, or as a first stop before starting a tour of Thailand on an individual basis, or a group tour, or before continuing for a of sea destinations.
Bangkok, thanks to its main Suvarnabhumi airport, is the most important hub in Southeast Asia and the natural gateway for most Italian visitors.
A stop-over in the city already organized, with transfers and main visits to the Royal Palace and temples and the floating market, is one of the best opportunities to get in touch with Thai culture and traditions with only a few days available.
It is the ideal stop before continuing with a tour of Thailand or to one of the many sea destinations or other Southeast Asian countries such as Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Burma.
DAY 1: ARRIVAL - BANGKOK - CITY TOUR
Arrival at Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi International Airport with your morning flight.
Baggage claim and meeting with our local Italian speaking guide, transfer to the hotel for luggage storage.
We remind you that the normal check-in time in hotels is after 14:00.
Continue with the private excursion with guida in Italian for visiting the city.
The tour includes three of Bangkok's most important Buddhist temples:
Wat Traimit with its precious golden Buddha (5 and a half tons of solid gold);
Wat Pho, the largest temple in Bangkok containing the famous Lying Buddha;
and the Wat Prakeow with the Emerald Buddha located inside the Royal Palace.
It starts from Wat Traimit, crossing the Chinatown district and its main artery the Yaowarat Road you reach the Grand Palace or Royal Palace in Bangkok.
The Grand Palace was the seat not only of the king and his court, but contained within its crenellated walls, the entire government administration. The architecture is typically Thai but also contains European elements such as the Phra Thinang Chakri Maha Prasat.
The Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of the Emerald Buddha) is considered the most sacred temple in Thailand. The construction of the temple began when King Rama I transferred the capital from Thonburi to Bangkok in 1785. Unlike other Thai temples, it does not contain the houses for the monks, on the contrary, it has only richly decorated sacred buildings, statues and pagodas.
After the Royal Palace the Wat Pho with the Lying Buddha is visited, at the end return to the hotel.

DAY 2: BANGKOK - FLOATING MARKET
Breakfast at the hotel and meeting with our guide in the lobby of your hotel at 07:00 thererca for Damnoen Saduak's floating market located 110 km west of Bangkok in Ratchaburi Province. Along the way you will go through rice fields and salt marshes that surround the capital.
Along the way stop to visit a farm where sugar is extracted from the coconut.
Stop at the famous market on the Mae Klong railway where you can take a walk among the stalls that expose directly on the embankment and on the tracks and then take the photographs when the train arrives at a crawl in the middle of the market.br />The day continues with an excursion of about half an hour aboard a characteristic long tail boat crossing the canals that characterize this typical area of Thailand admiring the lifestyle of the countryside with lush plantations, houses on stilts, buffalo in the rice fields, etc. ..
Arrive at the floating market of Damnoen Saduak where you will be fascinated by boats of various shapes and sizes used by local traders to transport their goods, by the myriad of products for sale, by the shouting and by the bright colors of spices, vegetables and tropical fruit.
Buffet lunch at Sampran Riverside.
For all nature lovers, it is possible to enjoy a pleasant walk through the Botanical Garden admiring the impressive variety of tropical flora and fauna.
In the afternoon you will be able to attend various representations or participate to sayto various activities such as muay thai, the famous Thai boxing, fruit carving, a Thai cooking course, the decoration of traditional umbrellas in rice paper and many other activities typical of Thai culture.
At the end of the excursion return to Bangkok around 4.30pm.
Notes: The Sampran Riverside will be closed from 1 July to 31 December 2018 for renovation work, during this period the visit to Sampran Riverside will be replaced with the return to Bangkok, lunch in a local restaurant overlooking the river, and in the afternoon a canal tour. Return to the hotel at the end of the visits.

DAY 3: BANGKOK - DEPARTURE
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the airport for the continuation to another destination, or meet with our local guide in the lobby of your hotel for the start of one of our individual or group tours.
